piece's of chicken are very small, and they aren't careful with preparing order .. had missing items and orders mixed in with other items!

the Signature Chicken Krunch Box and wedges both taste like the oil hasn't been changed at all! The Honey Biscuits are usually good but were dried out and the Jambalaya was flavorless and also dry. I won't be back
