it tastes good but I'm disappointed that it's not filled to the top like normal. I should be charged less if I'm getting less drink

Cocoa Cream Wow Milk Cap has gone down in quality. did not look like it even had the milk cap on it and taste very bland compared to how it used to taste. had this happen at 2 different locations
