All the food is bomb. Wife is from Hawaii and this L&L is better than a bunch on island. Chicken Katsu is crispy and good quality. BBQ Beef Sandwich is big and fullif flavor. BBQ Beef Saimin has good flavor too. Roast Pork is Ono! Everything we all got was good.

so far this place is great. I have had chicken, beef, short ribs and all of them were excellent. I like the macaroni salad very tasty. the value that you pay for the food is totally worth it. you get a large quantity for a very reasonable amount of money and everything tastes excellent.

The food is pretty good but the service and attitude is ridiculous. I had a to-go order with 1 entree and 2 musubi, when I asked for 1 extra teriyaki and Siracha sauce he said it would be $0.50 each. I had just watched him give the man before me an extra sauce for free when asked 5 minutes before, when I mentioned I just watched him give extra to the guy before me he had an attitude and said ‘I don’t know what to tell you, it’s an extra $0.50 each.’ Won’t be back, they don’t charge more for sauce at the L & L in Fairfield and they’re much nicer and faster service.

The BBQ Chicken & Chicken Katsu plate is always a go to meal for me and my partner. If we didn't always order it when we were starving we'd definitely have leftovers. Can feed two people with a slightly larger appetite or three people with a smaller appetite. We always add our rice from home too, we aren't quite satisfied with the amount it comes with :)
