I love the macaroni salad!

When I arrived to pick up my order, there was no one else in line andi saw that my order was ready and sitting near the register. There was one person working in the front. She ignored me while she refilled the Macaroni Salad and the other sides dishes. Then, she put together another order for pick up. It was quite a long wait before she greeted us and handed us our food. The service was bad but the food was worse. The Chicken Katsu was too hard to bite through, the Short Ribs didn't have the usual flavoring and there was literally 4 small pieces of bbq chicken in the combo. It was my first time at that particular L&L and it was definitely my last time.

Food is always great but ordering from here on DD can be a gamble sometimes. Half the time we order, our sauces are missing and we always pay for extra.

Loco Moco is a go to for me, filling and delicious. Everything always tastes super fresh and mac salad is the only one i'll eat anymore. Portions are great and staff is always friendly.
