Barbacoa Combo #2 (Only Saturday and Sunday) was very delicious. The barbacoa was not oily or full of fat. Best barbacoa in the valley! Definitely recommend!

The limons were dry, tortillas hard, the costillas had no meat on them they were only bones and the beef had lots of fat on them hardly and good meat to eat!

The meat was excellent but the "raton" was undercooked (chile was hard and bacon looked raw) and both the rice and beans had a burnt smell and taste.
