I love the food here but I specifically loveee the sides. The yams are perfectly sweet, the macaroni is perfectttttt. Today I tried the cabbage and it's good asf also.

The fried whiting fillets were thin, rubbery and salty. Literally the worst fried fish I've ever had in my life. Hopefully this was just a bad batch. The side dishes, fried shrimp and fried pork chops were good.

The taste of the food was amazing. Everything was perfectly seasoned and I will be going back for more! My only complaint is that you only get 2 "little" squares that's supposed to be "hamburger". Pleeeeease add more to the square.

Hamburger Steak & Gravy Combo with 2 Sides-The sides were edible but the hamburger steak&gravy was salty.Kids 1 Entrée with 1 Side and Chicken & Dumplings Combo with 2 Sides-The sides were edible but the entrees were salty. Sweet Potato Pie they did not have but I was offered a replacement, was okay with that. As a first time customer, not so happy.

Well....I still gave it 5 stars because you are not going to find a take out food place like this one even though I did not get what I ordered. Still...what I got was to die for!!!!! I ordered whiting, and got flounder...Now I am not a flounder kind of girl because I do not like bones! These bones were super easy to get all out because of the way they cook this to a golden crispy delisouseness! You WON'T go wrong even if you do not get what you ordered!
