some of the most thoughtfully assembled Beef Nachos I've ever seen. Each nacho was individually assembled - beans, then meat, then cheese, and carefully placed one by one in the container (not cooked in the container like so many other places). they arrived in tact, still crisp, well loaded, with the jalapeños, guacamole, and sour cream packed separately. Was very easy to split equally. All our food was delicious! on the down side, one taco was missing the requested white cheese, and a side order of Patty Sausage was missing. Delicious tortillas (flour and corn). Pic of my nachos topped my way. Yum!!

I got the beef matches. They were delicious. Put together nicely with the toppings distributed evenly. Large portion. Very pleased!

Asked for the chile relleno to not have anything on it and the description didn't mention cheese. Meat doesnt have much for flavor.
Asada taco was $4 but again needed more flavor. Meat was really tough.
Caldo was ok.

Menudo is delicious. I asked for flour tortillas, cilantro, onions, lime (in the special instructions) and got everything! I also asked for sugar and cream for my coffee and got that as well. Perfect order, and the attention to detail on the restaurant's side is awesome.

We are real fans of Lindo Jalisco, and we love the tacos, and I especially love the Huevos Rancheros Plate , but this will be the 3rd or 4th time in a row that I have asked for corn tortillas with my plate (so I can sop up the delicious eggs saucy goodness), but I got flour tortillas!! I can't eat flour tortillas, so this specially offered option is VERY IMPORTANT. Please pay attention to the corn or flour selections with the plates. you did it right with the tacos. Otherwise, the food is wonderful, and the restaurant is very good about following the special requests in the remarks. (Maybe I need to say corn in remarks in addition to choosing "corn" option?) Thanks!
