Chives and egg pancake traveled pretty well and retained some crispness in the exterior shell. Or at least didnt feel sodden and heavy with oil. The handcut noodle texture was springy and delicious!

The B02. Pork With Green Chives & Shrimp B02. 肉三鲜水饺 and C11. Wonton Soup (12) C11. 清汤抄手 were great. Juicy and flavorful even without sauce.
