Paid $20 for a custom pizza that came cold with no cheese or sauce under the toppings super disappointing

Everything was good, but my pizza was super undercooked. You couldn't even pull the pieces apart from how doughy it still was. I had to put it in the oven to finish. The kicker was I ordered it well done.
