• DoorDash orderI love the Roasted Cauliflower Bowl from Local Kitchens! As a vegetarian, I rarely ever get a good meal option at Mexican restaurants, and the roasted cauliflower is not only tasty, but it is an extremely satisfying meal. When I'm feeling healthier, I go for the Zesty salad which is also one of my favorites. The staff at Local Kitchens is also so friendly. They recognize me and my family, and sometimes they let us sample some of their other menus! It is incredible that my family can get burgers, pizza, salads, Mexican food and Mediterranean food all in one place. Thank you guys!

• DoorDash orderI really value food and sauces made in-house from scratch—they’re far superior to the mass-produced options found in most places. The chicken strips were some of the best I’ve ever had, even though I had to reheat them when they arrived. All the sauces tasted incredibly fresh, except for the ranch, which was only filled halfway and arrived at room temperature—it didn’t seem right.
The falafels were slightly overdone, giving them a bit of a burnt taste, but they were still enjoyable. The coleslaw was outstanding—so fresh and healthy, easily the best I’ve ever had.
Overall, the food felt more pure and thoughtfully prepared than 95% of what’s out there. I’m looking forward to trying more from the menu. One suggestion for the restaurant: consider better packaging to help retain heat during delivery. Also, the seasoning was on the lighter side. I lost some of my sense of taste from COVID years ago (currently at about 80% of what it was), so I tend to add extra salt and spice. If you prefer heavily seasoned food, you may want to do the same.

• DoorDash orderThe chicken in the spicy sandwich was tiny, Really tough, and dry. Like chicken jerky. Super disappointing because it's usually pretty good. Local Kitchens seems to be falling behind on quality recently.

• DoorDash reviewI recently tried the Fried Chicken Tenders from Proposition Chicken at Local Kitchens and they were fantastic! The jumbo tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, dusted with Prop Spice and parsley for a flavorful kick. I opted for the signature sauce, which complemented the tenders beautifully. Each bite was satisfying and full of taste.
Local Kitchens has such an impressive variety, and after enjoying these delicious tenders, I’m looking forward to trying the Nopalito menu next. Their Mexican dishes sound mouthwatering, and I can’t wait to see what other flavors they have in store!

• DoorDash orderThe Grilled Chicken Burrito was a little small, but very good. I requested croutons in the Tomato Soup, which didn't leave much soup. The Mini Mac was a bit on the noodly side vs cheesy goodness. No deal breakers.
