Originally from NOLA+ family in restaurants there, I'm always cautious ordering fr anyplace claiming authentic NOLA food. Often just add bunch heat & call it a day. So when my son said business clients arrived early; could I host/feed them I figured would order from fav Cajun/Creole go to place... Instead pop up ad deal from this place caught my eye. Hesitant but hopeful, & w son's blessing , I ordered time tested NOLA dishes: Seafood Gumbo ( appetizer); Fried chicken La style & red beans/rice + Coleslaw ( sides). WOW not only were spices dead on but ratios of seafood/beans 2 rice perfect... plenty of "juice" 4 slopping up w perfectly baked little buns; even got saltine crackers right 4 Gumbo. Heat exactly as expected: noticeable not overwhelming + creamy coleslaw perfect palette refresher
in-between. Chicken sloppy, juicy , tender w crunchy batter but not oily/fatty. Best Compliment: soon as everyone started eating - dead silence 'cept 4 Ums/Yums.
Looking 4 Incredible food; terrific prices; w/o cooking/cleanup & Authentic NO.. look no further.. Your buck stops here!

I swear that I went to a Louisiana Fried Chicken and Seafood off of W. Bellfort and the shrimp fried rice was great... It had fried shrimp in it and it was a little sweet, it was better than Timmy Chans on MLKs shrimp fried rice and the last 2 times I ordered on here I got some subpar shrimp fried rice, no fried shrimp in it and no sweet sensation, very disappointed

plenty food every thing good and price... but ask for CAJUIN sauce on side only problem I had I like to had how much and fam like dry.. but big tacos 🌮 and great price. I would gave 5 star if sauce would have been on side but was good eating fo sho

Ordered wings and dirty rice, the rice was good but that chicken was sorta bland and very small and not as fresh as I would like my food... I wonder which location this is because I tried the one off of W.Bellfort and it was great
