I will never in my life eat here again..I'll rather go get Robbed by panda express small portions. Pepper chicken smells like they boiled the meat. I didnt even touch my food I pretty much wasted money but health is wealth. Eww

This restaurant is Lucky Star Chinese in Costa Mesa, not the Lucky Chinese in FV. Food was subpar - lacked flavor. Steamed rice did not taste fresh. We didn't finish our food.
