I had a simple pepperoni pizza to get an idea of what this place is offering. Considering the food wasn't really any better than what you'd expect from an understaffed franchise pizzeria, I'd classify this pie as "edible but overpriced." The crust looked good, but was floppy and tasted like it was bought frozen from one of those big-box clubs. Actually, all the toppings had a flavor and texture that are strong with that bought-frozen-from-the-store vibe. Even I know how to make fresh mozzarella at home, I hope a place like this would too. Maybe they're having a bad day. I'll try again on a Saturday afternoon and see what's up.

This is a follow-up to my first review. This is my second and final order (unless they trick me some how) No - the food here is missing something. The sauce tastes like chef boyarde or whatever that canned stuff is called. The crust is nicely blackened but soft and spongey. Something just doesn't add up, and I have no appetite for the product at this business. I'll keep an eye on them, but for now, not my favorite.
