The broth was separate and had amazing flavor. The noodle with the perfect bite! Delicious Ramen !

The 6. Fried Sliced Calamari must have gotten tipped over on the way but had such a fresh and unique flavor. The Madden Ramen was great as always. A bit spicy but the best

They are definitely the best ramen spot in town, I would recommend this place to anyone who is local or stopping by Eau Claire!
