SALMON & CHICKEN with salad and chick peas or spinach or pumpkin is our go to order. The Salmon is perfectly cooked,melts in your mouth. The chicken is never overcooked, it is so tender. We weren't familiar with Afgan food prior to eating here - we love that food is fresh & healthy, never spicy so ours kids eat it too, portions are very large and its all delicous 2 days later as left overs. Their Pumpkin with yogurt is really out this world. So good

Yeah so this is definitely as good as everyone says. Super tender chicken (I'm a baby when it comes to grisly or dry chicken), the chickpeas are the best I've ever had, and I got a big serving of spinach. Look at this picture and know that I ate about 40%. Immaculate flavor. I would get this every week if I were local.

Excellent food!! Even my extremely picky 6 year old son loves this restaurants food. We've ordered many Items over past 2 years and all of its fantastic. We order the Chicken Kabob and Vegetable Platter most often. It's enough food for us for 2-3 meals and it's all delicious. Even their Fries are outstanding. My absolute favorite is the pumpkin that comes in veg platter. Slightly different than pumpkin that's on their menu to order as separate item. That's good too, just different... Everything we've tried on their menu is perfectly cooked, made with fresh ingredients and tastes just as delicious the next day as left overs.

I ordered the LAMB & CHICKEN with spinach, chickpeas, and rice as well as an order of Baklava. When I got home, I realized my order had no rice. I called the store to ask what happene and they told me they gave me naan instead.
I did not order naan, I ordered rice, ESPECIALLY for my picky toddler. I explained to the lady over the phone that I ordered rice and it says so on my receipt. She just said sorry and hung up.
My food was room temperature (I live 8 minutes from this location and came quickly to pick up my food). Half of the naan bread was over cooked and too crunchy. And the 3 small pieces of Baklava were not as flavorful as I had expected and not worth $8.
I understand that it is a Saturday evening and you are busy, but a restaurant should actually give you what you order and pay for and when THEY have messed up your order, they sh rectify it. I hope they are not associated with the Maiwand Kabob at the Columbia Crossing shopping center as that location is so amazing and has such great customer service (I have never had an issue with any order there) that they can't possibly be part of the same restaurant chain.
I learned a hard lesson and will never order from this location again. I see why there was a man in the store who was also unhappy.

What a fantastic meal! Everything was prepared so well. The samosas were crispy, the sauce tangy and herby, the bread is fresh, rice is flavorful, and the salmon was superb. Can't wait to order again!
