i wasnt able to find an option to add an additional waffle bowl to my ice cream order, so i added a comment saying it would be nice if there was an option to buy another. the very very kind staff gifted me a cone so i could share the ice cream, which was such a surprise to find in my order! their kindness made my day, thank you soo much

"swiss" chocolate, was differentiated only by chunks of toblerone-like honey nougat which were very unpleasant at ice cream temperature, there is such a thing as"swiss-process" chocolate, but it seems the vendor in this case, was not referring to it. so, #FAIL.
