I got the Honey BBQ Pork with Braised Spare Rib Rice Bowl and it was PERFECT! the portions were amazing and the pork melts in my mouth. The ribs are falling off the bone and my only complaint is that there's not a little bit more it's perfect. I will be favoring and ordering again!

The general quality have definitely gone down since I started getting dimsum from here months ago. They used to fit the name "master" as the flavor, quality and skill in making these dimsum reflected that expertise. However I have noticed the past few orders the last couple of months that:
1. quality and quantity of the shrimp meat used in all of the shrimp dumplings, most evidently in the Fried Bean Curd with Shrimp 炸腐皮卷 (3 pcs) and Fried Prawn Dumpling 脆皮蝦角 (4 pcs) (hardly any, small shrimps) and less so in the Shrimp Dumplings w/ Pea Shoot 鮮蝦豆苗餃 (3 pcs). the shrimp are now small and even in the case of the Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow) 蝦餃 (4 pcs) have a funny smell. luckily I am already on antihistamines for seasonal allergies, otherwise I probably would have gotten hives.
2. the skin of the Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow) 蝦餃 (4 pcs) and Shrimp Dumplings w/ Pea Shoot 鮮蝦豆苗餃 (3 pcs) are just worse, less flexible and more starchy.
not worth the price anymore. I'll stick with ming or Nathan's.

I have ordered a few times before, and have been impressed with the quality and flavor of the dim sum.
This last order was incredibly good.
BBQ Pork Bun 蜜汁叉燒包 (3 pcs)
fluffy, and full of excellent bbq pork.
Fried Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai 炸燒賣 (4 pcs) crispy and hot. Just delicious.
Fried Custard Bun 酥炸奶皇包 (3 pcs) heavenly little things
Deep-Fried Glutinous Pork Dumpling 鹹水角 (3 pcs) the best I have ever had. Hands down. Just the right amount of chewy dumpling chock full of yummy Pork filling.
I grew up in San Francisco and I have had some of the best dim sum in the country. The food here at Master Yue is legit.

Im getting spoiled by the ability to have fresh dim sum dropped to my door any time of day. I love the Shrimp Dumpling 蝦餃 (4 pcs) and Shrimp Dumplings filled w/ Pea Shoot 鮮蝦豆苗餃 (3 pcs). Everything is fresh and consistently good.

The Honey BBQ Pork with Braised Spare Rib Rice Bowl topped my expectations. The honey bbq sauce is the perffect balance of sweet and savory the braised spare rib literally fell off the bone cause of its savory tenderness. Foil Wrapped Chicken 紙包雞 (4 pcs) is expertly seasoned and moist. The Fried Custard Bun 酥炸奶皇包 (3 pcs) is lightly sweet and the perfect end to such a delicious meal. Will def order again!
