I can honestly say see is the best rueben I've had in Cleveland County in years. Would highly recommend.

Every sandwich i have had here has been great! I am so happy we have a McAlister's in Shelby!I love their honey mustard they put on some of their sandwiches!My only complaint is their chili, it needs some help! Maybe bell pepper and onions and some beans. I have tried it twice and i won't buy it again. Other than that everything is great. Their baked potato's are massive!

I can't say a Single Bad thing About Anything, The Potato Salad did have a Bit To Much Mustard for My Liking But Everything Else was Perfect... I will highly Recommend The French Dip 12" and Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey to everyone I know

I had never heard of this restaurant but its new in town and I wanted a sandwich so I gave it a try. Unfortunately I was not impressed. My turkey was oddly warm compared to the slightly chilled temp of the bread, tomato and spinach. I should have requested mayonnaise because it was pretty dry. The chicken looks like half of a sandwich so i cant help but wonder where the other half goes. I wasnt sure of what the size of the sandwiches would be but expected it to be a little larger than what I received. I wont be rushing to order more snack-wiches but Ido admit the pickles were the best part.

First time door dashing from here- probably the last. Ordered extra sour cream- not in order. Paid for extra Caesar dressing- not in order. Have eaten at McAllister's in other cities and loved it, but the Chicken Salad was so runny it literally was running off the sandwich and had made a soggy mess in the bottom because the paper wrapper was askew and only covered half the bottom of paper carton. Ordered a side Caesar salad and it was good quantity but only half was edible as the other half of romaine lettuce was not fresh and wilted. Everything hot and cold was in one bag, so the hot just-a-spud potato may have wilted some of the lettuce but not to the degree that accounted for all of the freshness. Add all that to the fact that the driver did not follow instructions to leave order on my handicap ramp and left it instead on front porch where I could not access it and had to call a neighbor to come over and bring the order in - NOT a pleasant experience today. I expect an order to be as fresh with door dash as it is if I go to the restaurant - slightly colder is fine - but items left off and not as fresh is not acceptable. Too bad my husband and I are needing door dash orders for the next few months - will move on to other places.
