amazing people and amazing food as always. the French dip was so tender. the double was thick and hearty yummy

The mac and cheese was dry and crusty. The harvest chicken salad was wrapped so tight it was squished flat and was 90% of it was lettuce. The salad was beautiful and tasty. The Memphian was perfect.

Spud Max had literally 3 olives 5 green onion pieces, no cheese and one little piece of ham. Sandwich looks like it was ripped in half, barely toasted bread

McAlister’s Famous Tea is great! The French Dip is not that good. The pickle slice was super small like a shaving of a pickle. The AuJu sauce wasn't warm enough. (since it was a door dash) I can't say for sure. The meat on the sandwich was decent for sure.

My baked potato and sandwich was perfect. The best it's been in prior orders. But I called McAlister's over a missing soda. they told me the driver switched it to a different soda, stating it was my request. that communication never happened and the soda was Missing. which leads me to strongly believe it was taken. however the mgr handled it on her end at McAlister's like a pro, and stated she would make sure to record what happened if door dash reached out in investigation. I truly appreciate McAlister's handling of this. To be clear this was NOT McAlister's fault and they went above and beyond. ty again McAlister's for an otherwise perfect order and ty for the professionalism. Door dash is going to handle the rest of their end.
