Title: Disappointed with My Order Again
I've always enjoyed McDonald's, but I have to express my frustration with my recent experience. Once again, my order was messed up. I ordered a small fries, a small Sprite, a medium mango smoothie, and a cranberry orange muffin. While I received everything except BUT my nuggets and sweet and sour dipping sauce, it's really disappointing.
This seems to be a recurring issue during the night shift, and it's becoming quite tiresome. I rely on accurate orders, especially after a long day, and now I'm left wondering who will cover the delivery costs for the missing items. I hope the team can address this issue to improve the customer experience.
