No Napkins, no straws, no sprite! They gave me tea instead but never informed me of this or asked if that was okay. Some people should never work in fast food. the bagel is hard, the steak is so flat that I should have ordered another piece.

The food was fine but I'm under the impression they changed the Shamrock Shake® I usually get this every year but this year it was way too sweet and way too minty. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth as I look forward to getting it. I'm hoping this is an one time thing but I don't think I'll be ordering from here for a while due to this.

Was horrible fries were cold and I ordered a medium fry and it was lesser than the small.
I paid extra to add on bacon but didn't receive any and when I called the store 3 times straight nobody answered

Ordered Double Cheeseburger Meal got a cheese burger ! With pickles and ketchup I asked for none! Ordered a 1 Cookie and it taste like a liter DOG like they had them sitting outside or cooking in them in a dirty microwave.

The hamburger from the happy meal was quite bland and the HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chip Frappé was good but the chips kept getting stuck in the straw making it hard to drink.
