Jessica was awesome. She kept me updated on my order while she was waiting. She said they were waiting on fresh hashbrowns. Awesome, right? When the order was finished, she got to my house pretty quick, so I was anticipating the hot hashbrown. Well, it wasn't hot. wasn't very crispy and the center was still really soft. Kinda tasted old ngl. But my bagels made up for it. Thats my only complaint. Everything else was great in terms of service and meal.

The fries were cold and tasteless. The past 3 times I have gotten thier Basket of Fries they have been cold and tasteless. I won't order thier Basket of Fries again. To much money to have bad food.
