My meal was missing the hash brown. Also my coffee was too bitter for me. But my egg McMuffin was great. I wish we could tip AFTER they deliver our food. I'm a little disgusted I paid nearly $15 of which $3.50 was a tip, and still my order was wrong. Disappointed.

Ordered a Large Coke® and they gave me a Dr. Pepper, Which this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Also the Dr. Pepper tasted very flat.

my large mocha frappe wasn't even full. it was only 75 percent full and that's with the whipped cream on top.

All 3: Eggs watery & bland. Sausage and hash browns were also very bland. Pancakes semi rubbery. Usually it's very good, definitely disappointed today. I guess this is an item that the quality declines into the late morning hours as never had a problem before this. The difference is I usually get early morning when overnight shift ends. Shame that I ordered for someone that never had it before, doubt he will give it another try.
