Like all fast food places, they struggle to find help but they do their best and out of many McDonalds around the area, I've personally never had an order screwed up from this one. Just have some patience when ordering and be kind to those working there.

ordered a Sausage Egg Biscuit Meal with cheese. Unfortunately it was not fresh nor hot or even room temperature. Gross and a huge waste of money

no matter what it looks like its gonna taste like the food, however, how hard could it be to make sure the burger actually looks like a burger? try a little harder next time
