Order is wrong every time I order. The manager is disrespctifl and refuses to replace food items

Food was hot and fresh. Ordered 40 pc 40 McNuggets and they gave me all of the sauces I requested plus a bunch of ketchup. Bag was sealed thoroughly and drink was secure as well.
