Everytime we order maccas the meals are always cold the chips are crusty and or burnt
Its not worth what u pay
We've ordered from other places and there hasn't been anything wrong with the food when it'sbeen delivered only maccas in Brabham

Big Mac was hot and fresh and looked like an advert burger!
Chicken in the chicken deluxe burger was over cooked and dry.
Double Quarter pounder was hot and fresh.
Chips were ok, a little old.
Love McDonald's Brabham, it's the only one we order from now.

Never enough staff on. Leads to drivers rightfully dropping orders because they don't get paid extra to wait, and customers waiting over an hour for a meal that would have been 10 minutes at most if they had picked up themselves because they ignore the drivers. Orders are often wrong or cold because of the store's mismanagement.

Food was stone cold, but the drink was still frozen so I can only deduce that they let everything sit for 20 minutes like they like to do. Disappointing to constantly be disappointed by this McDonald's location .
