Missing food from order. No 2nd bag per driver. Big Mac buns were stale and hard. Lettuce was wilted. Very little Mac sauce.

the sandwich had nothing on it. no cheese Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal . and was burnt and dry. fries was cold. this was horrible food.

We did not receive the ranch for the nuggets (which is a MUST when ordering McDonald's and is somehow ALWAYS missing from our order). Why is it so hard to make sure requested sauces/condiments are in the bag? Napkins would be nice too but we would really appreciate the condiments more. Aside from our fries being on the verge of being undercooked (but were edible this time) our other items were made as requested and the food was fresh.
