This Mcdonald is a hit or miss. Recent they have been good about making sure all my items are there before the dasher picks them up. However, today and many times in the past they are negligent in making sure all items are in your bag. I know that's the possibility when other people handle your food without you there. This is a quality and customer service issue that should be fixed. It only takes a second to check the tag and the items inside. I don't want to keep asking for refunds, I would rather have my food. The food does always taste great and is packaged with care when I receive it.

I loathe Wheeler Rd. McDonalds. They always get my order wrong. No ice coffee and the hot coffee they sent is burnt. Grrrrrrrrrrr! Such a waste of my money, the dasher's time and it diminishes DoorDashes's customer service. DD should stop servicing that store!

I called the store and spoke with a ma after placing my order and asked for my chicken sandwich to be fresh, well my chicken was dry and burnt. The fries were fresh and hot
