Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe if you ever have any alterations done at frayser's McDonald will mess it up. My mother likes her burger without cheese with extra mayo and lettuce. this time they gave her the extra lettuce and mayo and Extra cheese. last time there was no cheese .......no lettuce no tomato no mayo nothing but the burger and the bun.
