They don't do a very good job of verifying that all the food has been packaged. I have received multiple orders with individual items missing. The policy for addressing missing items through Doorsash in no way makes up for the inconvenience of not getting everything you paid to have delivered.

If you order while the sun is out everything is good, once the sun goes down so does the quality. Today my fries were soggy, there was a grease puddle in the burger box, they also forgot my sauce and straws.
