usually I love McDonald's coffee, today was on the burnt side
what I don't understand is when you request extra of anything, they never give it to you
so why even put it on the menu if they aren't going to give it to you
today they get a score of a C
for not completing my order correctly

Big Mac® was plain there was no diced onions big mac sauce or cheese on the burger .. The bread was hard and the meat was tough

Everything was warm when I got it and I love the new Hershey's frappe. Usually when I get something from this McDonald's for food is awful, but it was really pretty good today.

I REQUESTED KETCHUP AND STRAWS FOR THE DRINKS, BUT THE STORE DIDN'T PROVIDE EITONE. I HAD TO CHOKE DOWN THE DRIEST BIG MAC I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! A PIECE OF MEAT GOT CAUGHT IN MY THROAT! I'M STILL GAGGING!
THE FILET O'FISH WAS ALSO DRIED OUT AND THE BUN WAS HARD. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! I JUST HAD MY LAST MCDONALD'S ORDER! UGH! I SHOULD'VE HAD WENDY'S!
