Didn't get the correct drink. The big Big Mac® was poor quality compared to the past. Barely any toppings, or sauce. Lettuce was brown in a lot of spots. Mcdonald's really been dropping the ball. I expected more for $20.

The soda was placed loose in a large bag without any cardboard carrier and tipped over, ruining the sandwich. It's not the drivers fault. The soda should have been in a carrier to prevent tipping over.

I always get the 20-pc nugget in the hopes that at least some of them will be fresh. They're always old and cold. This is the 3rd time. If you like nuggets, steer clear of this mcdonalds.
