yes, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and received a double quarter pounder with cheese, too much meat for me but I ate it.

Fish Filet and Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe were both made sloppily, with sauce (filet) and Mayo (burger) was running off the bread. Taste was there, however.
Fries were cold….stone cold. No saving those. I only live 2-3 minutes from the store, so had to have been cold when it was bagged up.
