We typically get something wrong with our deliveries because I have picky (the customize everything) eaters. MCD got everything perfect. Plus the new chocolate mcflurry cured my craving for sweet and salty!!

I ordered 2 Double Hamburgers because in the description of the item, it didn't show cheese. When the order arrived, BOTH burgers had cheese on them. If I wanted cheese, I would've ordered McDoubles.
Otherwise, the rest of my order was correct. DD refunded me for the burger portion of my order.
