Lack of attention to detail and disappointing portion sizes. My large fry was the equivalent of a small fry.

The apple pie was overcooked and chewy. Edges were not normal. Had been sitting for awhile or not cooked well or not a good product. The fish on fish filet was also overcooked and old.
