everything was perfect. and Mocha frappe with extra whipped cream, extra drizzle and added oreo was delicious. whoever made it today thank you!! was so good.

got my correct order however it didn't meet my satisfaction. the food was cold. the meat was unseasoned and it was overcooked to the point where some parts tasted burnt? and hard. Not only that but the fries were horribly cold and squishy as if they have been there for a while. I wouldn't recommend this store

Cross always screws up my order and serves me cold disgusting food. Prosperity charges 30% more for everything. Bardsley apparently cannot handle technology and rejects online orders after 50 minutes.
Tired of giving this company the benefit of any doubt. Garbage food. Garbage service. All 3 locations are flawed in one way or another, and the ice cream machine is perpetually broken at all locations.
Do better, or go away.
