Fries were old and not fresh. Worse I have ever had from McDonald's. Quarter Pounder was burnt. We use to be able to rely on McDonald's for a great and fresh meal . So disappointed and sad.

so last time, i ordered a big mac without the extra big mac bun, and it came in the original big mac box and didnt have the bun in the middle with the normal 2 hamburger buns, which was perfect. but why does this not only have no buns at all, but also that it came in a salad case ??

Normally the food is good but today they were off their game because they gave me a sausage mcmuffin that I couldn't bite into because the muffin was ROCK hard. I could only eat the meat and egg.

The food smells & taste like mop water & the fries had a weird smell to them as well , i dont ever leave comments or reviews if the food is bad but this is unacceptable, dirty & disgusting ... the staff are clearly not doing their job!!! -10 out of 10
