They often forget items. Sometimes it's small like the ketchup packets, but at times, like today, it's a whole cookie 13 Cookie Tote. The quality of food is generally good though so I think 4 stars is more than fair.

The McTeri was delicious. Big Mac was good, we love the Haupia pies, sooo good! The crispy shell and warm coconut cream was unbelievable. We dont have McTeri's and Haupia pies in Cali so we're were excited to get them and we're glad we did. A little disappointed that we only got one bbq sauce when we ordered 3 for our nuggets. And it would be awesome if you guys included some napkins next time, we're at a hotel and didn't have anything but tissue paper.
