wrong drinks. even when I go in person this location is hard to talk to and is always missing something

The Hot Fudge Sundae wasn't prepared well. Tasted like freezer burnt ice cream. The lid was halfway off. And the ice cream wasn't even smooth it was bits of ice in it. Also the 1 Cookie I got was hard and cold.
