Paid extra for a large fry and the container was half full. Big Mac was pretty dry. Not great for a $20 meal

I don't usually have a problem but yesterday the chicken was overcooked and the fries were undercooked it was nasty and the dasher was fine.

the hash browns were obercooked!!!! and thr fries has been overcooked the kast 2 order Brown and dirty looking

I have such a quarrel with McDonald's coffee. I got the Iced Coffee and it was essentially a cup of sugar water. Why is it off-white? I want coffee with some cream. Not cream with some coffee. And, please tone down the sugar. Add some options for customization.
The Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal was okay. The hash browns weren't as good as I remember from years ago. The bacon wasn't crispy, so it was wasted, unfortunately.The biscuit and eggs were overcooked, though.
It was still edible, but wasn't really enjoyable. Bummer.

Ordered two Filet O Fish and both buns were burnt and dry. French Fries were very similar how not burnt, almost of if they had been siting out.
