My spicy chicken sandwich was so poorly prepared that as soon as I grabbed it, it fell completely apart. Tomatoes and lettuce were spoiled and the chicken even though it was over cooked, with a dark color, probably from using old deep frying oil, was cold.

The fries where cold and stale like cold COLD not exaggerating. I ordered the burger with no onions or Mac sauce but sadly it was still on it. No big deal but if I pay for something I would like it the way I pay for it not just sloppy work.
