the Spicy McCrispy™ was old and over cooked, the fries were cold, (I got my food within 10 minutes of ordering) and I ordered a triple cheese burger but only got a double with like one drop of ketchup for sauce. everything else was good though.

The food is always good.... when I get it. My order bags are always sealed when they arrive, so I know it isn't a dasher issue. I regularly have missing items in my order, but the missing items are on the receipt, as well as the big barcode attached to the bag. Someone(or multiple someone's) is/are not paying attention, and it's getting old.

Special instructions (extra pickles) not followed for either sandwich and mine was undercooked. First order since QP returned to menu after onion contamination. Quality control not where it should be. :(

I ordered the chicken Big Mac meal. The mcdonalds store ended up giving me a regular bic mac, with thin patties. I called the store to let then know and the manager called me a liar and refused to do anything about it. Great customer service mcdonalds managers!
