Actually a McDonald's that does the food right and somehow the milkshake machine is never broken whenever I order, unlike other stores.

Burgers were old and not prepared as requested, they probably sat under a heat lamp for a while. Fries were not fresh or hot. Nuggets were okay, but no sauce was provided as ordered. And to top it all off, no straw with the drink.

I paid extra for a chocolate shake and didn't receive it, the fries were cold and hard and the hamburger buns were stale.

I ordered a medium coffee with cream. I got a small coffee with no cream. the no cream has been an issue in the past. I suggest you talk to McD's and tell them to be sure to add cream when ordered.
