McDonald's food is consistently good The McCrispy Strips are surpringly good, much better than any other strips at any other fast food restaurants, even Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the prep at McD's is not consistent. The strips were large portions of meat with pleasantly little breading, just the opposite of what one expects. But in this one case, the strips were terribly over-cooked. The golden brown breading/coating was a very bark brown verging on burnt black, and very unpleasantly hard and crunchy. It also tasted a little burnt. The chicken was surprisingly tender. I will try it again, and I hope it is done right. If so, I will never order chicken strips from any other place.

I was very pleased to see the McRib back! It is my favorite item on your menu. The fries were good, as always, but the large container was, at best, only half full. And the Mocha Frappe was great. I always order the mocha frappe and am never disappointed. I have a suggestion for the McRib. On the Doordash menu, you might offer another choice under "remove from the McRib." I actually like the McRib with no (or very little) sauce. A choice to remove or at least limit the amount of sauce would make the McRib even better. I hope the McRib will be on the menu for a while. Actually, I hope it becomes a permanent item.

As always, the food was very good. It all arrived warm and fresh. Again, the food was good but the preparation of the order was not. Four large drinks, two soft drinks and two large coffee drinks, and no straws. It is a little thing, but it does make a difference in enjoying the order.
