Chicken was God awful... couldnt even eat the Crispy Chicken McGriddles® Meal because the chicken def tasted off. Like I was chewing on something rubbery. I expected the chicken to be sort of flat, but that thick patty was not it.

The crispy chicken biscuit is delicious. The chicken is a nice breast that is moist and flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised. I've had it twice now and both times they were juicy and flavorful.

The muffin was burned so bad that I had to tear most all of it off along with the cheese. Waste of $12.00. There should be a way to specifically request lightly toasted. I am disappointed and don't have that money to waste but I work at home and was really hungry and could not leave my house. Most people don't pay for burnt food!!!! This is a bad experience. Someone needs to refund me. Bad customer service. I would do zero stars if I could.

My food was cold. The fries were hard and tasted old as well as the nuggets! I did not enjoy this food. A waste of money!

Both of these were burned - again. Guess it's time to skip this store. I even called ahead and they said they would watch for my order that was just coming through. They did not. Their customer service is just not there. I have given them many many chances but it's time to use someone else. If you need to request your muffins lightly toasted - I suggest you go somewhere else.
