Iced Caramel Coffee had absolutely no espresso yet they charged me for the extra shot. coffee was warm when it was supposed to be cold, it is usually really good but today it was gross

Forgot my apples again and the Oatmeal was dry. My Iced Caramel Macchiato also tasted like it had barely any coffee in it even though I paid extra for it. They also forgot my Syrup.
