The food was grease soaked, its tasted like pure French fry oil. Ended up throwing away most of the food.

orders are hardly ever right. I recently ordered a steak bagel with extra steak and no cheese. what I received was a sausage bagel with cheese and no extra pattie. this is unacceptable to spend money on stuff that's wrong now I have to waste and throw it away.

Everything was okay by fast food standards (very low bar) except the burger. It looked like somebody sat on it before they put it in the bag. Is it because I asked for it without onion?
