This is the 2nd time I've order the 4 Piece McCrispy™ Strips Meal and only received 3 pieces. This store is purposely not adding the 4th piece. This has also occurred multiple times in the past with other items.

I am convinced they ran out of ketchup and put Pasta tomato sauce in my burger and the burger tasted old like they made it and left it out for a bit before selling
