All of my French Fries were under cooked. The bread on my Big Classic Big Mac® Pack was hard.

Muffin was burned around the edges. They are always out of the frappé and they always forget to include something. This time they forgot my apple Apple Slices. Too many mistakes too often at this location.

Didn't give BBQ sauce for 4 Piece McNuggets and didn't fill large fries up. Fries were fresh though .

the latte was amazing. However the Frappe is still available on the menu and it's been almost a year now its unavailable

This location frequently messes up orders. Today was no exception. I ordered an EXTRA hashbrown but only received ONE. Also requested caramel syrup in my coffee but got plain, black coffee instead. Had to DRIVE to the restaurant myself to request a fresh, CORRECT order.
