I usually never have a problem when I order from there except maybe sometimes a missing item but never really problems with the quality of the food. But look at the cheese I got on my fish sandwich. A half slice of cheese, in my opinion probably took more effort than to just slap on a whole piece of cheese like it's supposed to have.

Did y'all know the double Double Cheeseburger is cheaper than the McDouble?? Ya do now! Food was prepared perfect today! only 4 stars because The FRAPPE MACHINE HAS BEEN DOWN 😥 I got a large Iced Caramel Coffee with extras instead

All of the food was extremely cold and old. Plus they put Mac sauce on my 2 Cheeseburger Meal and no Mac sauce on the Double Cheeseburgers like we asked. The Big Mac® was hard and the 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Happy Meal® was barely edible. Very dissatisfied for $40.

my daughter likes her stuff a specific way so I make sure to call when I get her McDonald's, usually the Young man there with glasses is very nice about it and knows her order, tonight it was a woman manager and she was very kind and it was very refreshing to have 2 managers that talk to you kindly like I had with another one in the past, very pleased with the manager tonight that I spoke to :) She truly knows her customer service skills! Thank you!!
